If you already have your own hosting account and know how to build your own webpages you can go over to the www.StarLinkNation.com website and search under the forums for 'Splash Page Set Up' , there you will find the three current splash pages..
all you need to do is copy these pages to your hosting account by creating them as html files and paste your aweber html code into them and you'll be all set.
